A:  Normally we recondition instruments on the day we receive them, or the following day. And unless otherwise directed, we return instruments via Priority Mail, which is normally a two-day service. Even this process can be accelerated through the use of overnight delivery services. Many customers often request to have their instruments reconditioned/serviced during one-week office vacations. In such cases we recommend calling ahead to insure deadlines can be met.

A: Our fee for reconditioning the vast majority of instruments is $8.00.  This includes all types of scissors, curettes, and punches. For a complete price list, please call 800.752.8507

A: Customers may send instruments by whatever means is most convenient for them. Shipping costs are added to the bill, and calculated on a per-order basis. Please call for details.

A: No need to do that. Simply send your instruments to us and be sure to include a return address. Our invoice will be included with your finished instruments when we return-ship them to you.
